South Seas Northwest comprises two high-rise buildings towards the northern end of the Gulf Coast beachfront of Marco Island, S.W. Florida. It is located within the secure gated community of the South Seas Club, whose grounds are meticulously maintained, and the sub-tropical location means there is a wonderful display of color all year-round.

Residents and guests enjoy the use of a large heated pool and an exercise room, and the resort has direct access on to the beach. An ample 2 floor car park is also available. South Seas Club also operates a number of boat docks and 10 tennis courts, available for rental.

The condo rules allow for weekly tenancies, making it one of the few beachfront condos available to the short-term visitor to Marco Island.
